My Projects

Here's a non-exhaustive list of things I've spent some time on - click what interests you for more info!

I've been working on TaleSpire at Bouncyrock Entertainment since 2022 - check it out on Steam!

My work spans across prototyping, tagging and asset search, the modding API including its documentation and handling bug reports and the support mail. As a small company obviously we all wear many different hats, so this isn't an exhaustive list.

For more of the nitty-gritty, you can check our shared devlog or dedicated logs I posted on here.

WiP

I've been part of the TU Wien Space Team since Winter of 2019 as part of the Liquids rocketry sub-team. Through that time I've worked on Houbolt, μHoubolt, Franz, Lamarr and half a dozen engine test stands.

While my work has mostly been focused on the Mission Control user interface for our Ground Support Equipment, I've also done work across the stack and with hardware, from design and assembly to ox-cleaning and testing.

Next to engineering-type tasks, I've also done a lot of project representation at events, helped with social media presence (live streams, posts, ...) and onboarding of new members.

Together with Space Team I've attended EuRoC in 2022, 2024 and 2025 where we successfully launched our bi-liquid propelled rockets μHoubolt and Hedy to 2200m and 5336m respectively. We also successfully hot-fired the most powerful civilian rocket engine in Austria with a thrust of ~7kN.

This project overview has been hand-built with HTML and CSS - completely without JavaScript. JS has its place, but both out of annoyance with its overuse in the modern web and out of curiosity over how far I could push things, I've built this without any. Where possible, I've opted for generated graphics instead of loading image files, mostly as a challenge to learn more about available CSS features.

The blog portion of the website is created from modified Markdown parsed by my own Markdown parser and the content and index pages are statically built.

Also - and I can't believe I have to mention this at this point - the entire page as well as all its content is created solely with human blood, sweat and tears, no AI in here.

HTL Rennweg - Mechatronics

I started my higher education in the HTL Rennweg (vocational school) for Mechatronics. There, I learned enough basics of fabrication, mechanical-, electrical- and software engineering to be dangerous and discovered my love for programming.

TU Wien - Computer Engineering

I did my bachelor's degree in computer engineering at the Technical University Vienna (TU Wien) where I fortified my software skills alongside deepening the basics of electrical engineering and signal/control theory I got from my prior education at HTL Rennweg.
